We saw tremendous potential in this buildable lot purchased from a close friend. With plans to construct a custom home, we were excited about what could be. However, unexpected challenges arose—roof trusses were backordered by over a year, and many suppliers had stopped accepting new customers. While this project didn’t unfold as planned, the experience reinforced our adaptability and forward-thinking approach in a competitive market.
